The separating screen is based on the ballistic principle. The separating of the mixed materials occurs because of the different flight curves of the various materials.

separating function
In the separating screen there happens the separating of the mixed materials because they all have different flight curves (ballistic principle). The material is lifted on an inclined and rotating level (the so called screen tub).
By the rotation is an impulsion generated that lifts the flat parts (2-D) up. Voluminous parts (3-D) are reflected and transported down.
In this process the separating screen separates the mixed materials from adherent waste, which fells down into the screening fraction.
sorting into different fractions:
- rolling, heavy materials, e.g. plastic bottles, stones, wood, cans, ...
- surfaces light materials, e.g. foils, textiles, paper, cardboard, fiber products, ...
- creening fraction - depending on paddle perforation different grain sizes can be separated
- optimal distribution directly to the downstream acceleration belt NIR (near infrared device)
- premature discharge of any existing glass
- adhesion to materials are dissolved
possible equipment
- air support supports the stream of light particles, thereby an even higher separation precision can be achieved.
- distribution feeders divides the material flow on the entire width of the screen
- steel substructure is manufactured according to the static requirements of the entire plant
- maintenance bridge is produced according to requirements of the entire system and ensures easy and safe maintenance of the separating screen.
- conveyor technique for the material feed and the withdrawal of the individual fractions.
- inclination adjustment for the adjustment of the separation result to different materials. The inclination can be electrically / hydraulically adjusted from 0 ° -12 °.
